It’s our final weekend for the DMI Parish Survey!!! Please help us get good feedback on the parish for the growth of our parish for years to come!

As you see, the first phase of our landscaping project has concluded, and it looks great! We are grateful to the Pattie Group for their planning and all of their quick and hard work to help get the project done early this spring. We will be doing some other touch up work around the church and rectory this year and hope to do some more work in the St. Peregrine statue bed and the Holy Family area next summer. Thank you to all those whose continued renovation contributions helped make this project possible!

We had a beautiful First Communion this last Saturday and are going to have Confirmation this next Monday at St. Bartholomew. Please keep our 2nd grade and 8th grade students and families in your prayers!

We are looking for new members for our parish Finance Council. Current council membership is Mark Ternes (Co-Chair) Mike Pokorny (Co-Chair) Ed Bauer, Sal Talarico, Donna Grimmer, and Ray Welling. If you have pertinent background and would feel called to being on Council, please reach out to me for a conversation.

Mother’s Day is here! Thank you to all of our mothers, living and deceased, for their love and sacrifice! In the words of St. Pope John Paul II, “Thank you, women who are mothers! This experience makes you become God’s own smile upon the newborn child, the one who guides your child’s first steps, who helps it to grow, and who is the anchor as the child makes its way along the journey of life.”
