Eucharistic Procession
On Saturday, September 21st after the 4:30 p.m. Mass, our Parish held a Eucharistic Procession. The purpose of the Eucharistic Procession is to take Jesus outside the walls of the Church and share and proclaim Him to the community. Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament was elevated in the monstrance by Fr. David and joined by Fr. Kavishe, four servers, members of the Knights of Columbus and over 50 parishioners during the procession. About 20 parishioners remained in church and prayed and sang. Our procession was concluded with Benediction, praying of the Divine Praises and singing: Holy God We Praise Thy Name. Refreshments and a light supper were available and served for all attendees before leaving for home. Thank you to all who helped and participated in this heart-warming, faith-filled event which manifests our love and devotion for Jesus in the Eucharist.
